About Us
Established since 1988, PCS Foundry Products Co., Ltd. (บริษัท พี ซี เอส ผลิตภัณฑ์หล่อ จำกัด) is a Thai foundry specialising in Non-Ferrous (Copper Based & Aluminium Based Alloys) and Ferrous (Stainless Steel & Special Alloys) Casting products.
Even though our casting products are mostly made-to-order and flexibly adjusted by requirement of each our customer, quality of every final product is relatively constant due to long-term accumulation of technical proficiency and experiences more than 30 years.
Work methods and procedure are assured by International Certificates, namely
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Standard) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Standard).
Furthermore, we offer an engineering consultation for related products in our field.
In-house Machining Service by CNC plus manual machines and Vacuum Heat Treatment are also available to support, improve and control our product’s quality as intended.
Casting products from us has been supplied, both domestically and internationally, to various industries such as Sugar Industry, Rolling Mill Industry, Automotive Industry, Heat Treatment Industry, Industrial Valve & Pump, Power Plant, Food Industry, Naval Shipyard and so on.
We always strive to be one stop service of finest casting products in order to meet our customer requirements with minimum lead time.
